More Than a Venue. A Campus Designed for Retreats.

At Woodfield, every feature of the property has been thoughtfully designed to complement your retreat—not compete with it. From peaceful spaces for reflection to gathering areas that encourage conversation and collaboration, our campus becomes an extension of your programming.

Whether your guests are unwinding in the sauna, enjoying a lakeside meditation, gathering around the outdoor dining area, or participating in a workshop inside the Village Hub, every experience is intended to deepen connection with nature, with one another, and with the purpose of your retreat.

The Village Hub, The Heart of the Woodfield Experience

The Village Hub serves as the central gathering place for every retreat. Featuring a presentation space, professional audiovisual capabilities, a commercial kitchen, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, the Hub is designed to support everything from keynote sessions and workshops to shared meals and celebrations. Purpose-built for retreat facilitators, the Village Hub offers the flexibility to host inspiring presentations, collaborative discussions, dining experiences, and memorable moments—all within a single thoughtfully designed space.

Pond & Wood-Fired Sauna, Restore Mind and Body

Tucked away within the campus, our spring-fed pond and traditional wood-fired sauna provide the perfect setting for rest and renewal. Whether incorporated into your retreat programming or enjoyed during free time, this peaceful sanctuary encourages guests to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with nature.

Ideal for wellness retreats, recovery programs, cold-water therapy, mindfulness sessions, or simply quiet moments between workshops.

Activity Yurts & Outdoor Dining, Flexible Spaces for Meaningful Experiences

Our handcrafted activity yurts offer unique spaces for workshops, breakout sessions, yoga, meditation, creative programming, and small group discussions. Just outside, the covered outdoor dining area provides a welcoming place for shared meals, conversation, and evening gatherings surrounded by the beauty of the forest.

These spaces allow facilitators to seamlessly transition between learning, reflection, and community throughout the day.

Open green spaces invite guests to step outside, reconnect through movement, and enjoy the outdoors together. Whether you're hosting team-building activities, fitness sessions, lawn games, or an afternoon picnic, the sports field and picnic area provide a versatile setting for both structured programming and spontaneous connection.

Designed to support retreats that value movement, collaboration, and time spent outdoors.
